The SAT is the USA's most widely used admissions tests for colleges and universities. It tests a students' basic knowledge of subjects they have learned in the classroom - reading, writing, and mathematics - in addition to how a student thinks, solves problems, and communicates. Some colleges specify that a student should sit the SAT Subject tests instead of the SAT, in order to make admissions decisions, and to advise students about course selection.

Candidates should arrive between 7.30 and 8.00am, and must bring their Admission Ticket and Photo ID. Testing will begin no later than 8.15am.
