Foreign and Classical Languages |

| The
curriculum offers two Modern Foreign Languages - French and Spanish. In the language laboratory, pupils have the opportunity to practise their speaking and listening in each foreign language. |

The resident French and Spanish Assistants help pupils develop their conversational skills and prepare them individually or in small groups for their oral tests. |

| Latin is also studied by all pupils on their entry into the school and serves as an excellent introduction to the structure and grammar of any language including English. Lessons in Classical Greek and German have been offered to pupils, when the demand has merited it, in extra-curricular time. | |||||||||||
