From Monday to Thursday there are four time-tabled activity and club periods from 4.00pm to 5.00pm, which give the children the opportunity to flourish in skills and interests beyond the classroom. The activities are voluntary as some children have out of school activities that they do not wish to miss, but children are encouraged to attend. This time often provides an opportunity for the children to mix with pupils and teachers from the Senior School. The range of activities offered includes Explorers’ Club, Choir, ICT, Ballet, Chess, Art, Drama and Swimming. All activities are offered free of charge and the children are given a snack and a drink before they start
St Bees Prep endeavors to make the lives of busy parents as stress free as possible. Children may be dropped off at school from 8.00 am and after school activities are available up to 5.00 pm. For a small charge children may join the boarders for breakfast at 7.45 before school, and for supper at 5.30.
