With approximately three hundred boys and girls, St. Bees is a school which prides itself particularly on the care it takes of all its students whether they are boarding or day pupils, in the Prep Department or in the Senior School.
Within the safety of its extensive grounds and in the disciplined small classes, we aim to bring out the best in your son or daughter. Besides ensuring that pupils are challenged in the classroom, they also have countless opportunities to discover their talents in sport, music and drama.
By the time they leave us, they are confident young men and women, having developed the independent learning and social skills necessary for success in today's adult world.
Even though this website can provide you with an idea of what a special place St. Bees is, we do hope that you will visit us so you can meet some of our present pupils and experience a full guided tour of the school.
